Principal AI Architect

Onsite in Minneapolis/St Paul, MN or remote contract role.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering with deep expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Python with hands-on experience developing AI applications and machine learning models.
• Strong experience deploying, optimizing, and maintaining AI/ML models in production environments.
• Proven ability to architect and scale distributed AI systems across cloud platforms and enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Expertise in designing scalable, high-performance AI/ML architectures and data-driven solutions.
• Experience working with modern cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and enterprise application environments.
• Proven leadership experience driving large-scale AI transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Ability to establish technical standards, architecture guidelines, governance frameworks, and AI engineering best practices.
• Strong understanding of responsible and ethical AI practices, including security, privacy, compliance, and governance.
• Demonstrated expertise in system architecture, strategic technology planning, and enterprise technology roadmaps.
• Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
• Proven ability to mentor technical teams, drive AI innovation, and translate emerging AI technologies into scalable business solutions.
