About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning models for autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new AI solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Shield AI's AI infrastructure.
- Support the development of ethical AI practices within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in AI research and development.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for advancing the state-of-the-art in AI and autonomous systems.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI and autonomous systems.
Skills
- Python programming language.
- Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.
- Good understanding of computer vision and natural language processing.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
