Principal - Advanced Business Analytics
The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills and experience leading a high potential team, with a background in technology, business analytics and intelligence, and strong logic and problem solving. This manager's responsibility is centered on growing Analytics capabilities and emerging technologies.
The Work
Principal function responsible for leading the progress of the business analytics functions. Heavy emphasis on business partnering and subject matter expertise in not only data but how the business operates.
Skills
- Strong application knowledge of SQL
- Strong analytical, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple initiatives and efforts
- Understanding of logistic regression, decision trees, survival analysis, mathematical program (plus)
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study (Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics) or equivalent
- Advanced degree preferred

Pay
Base Pay Range: $110000 - $180000 USD
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications.
We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation
This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
