Responsibilities
- Complete complex actuarial or analytical projects with timeliness and compliance
- Provide strategic thought leadership for process improvement and risk reduction
- Achieve segment financial targets while communicating results and variances
- Foster effective communication with all levels within the organization
- Manage relationships with external partners including vendors and regulators
- Create strong internal business relationships as a strategic advisor
- Develop measurement models for cost-saving initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related field
- ASA designation (FSA preferred); exam takers may be considered
- 5+ years of relevant actuarial experience
- Expertise in engaging and influencing divisional leadership
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and management
