We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule maybe. Must include only sections with real content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key parts: Intro: "As part of SLR Consulting’s Acoustics team, you will help clients make smart, sustainable decisions when it comes to managing sound and vibration. We work across a diverse range of sectors and acoustic disciplines, including environmental acoustics, architectural and building acoustics, industrial acoustics, transportation noise, and water and underwater acoustics. We are looking for an experienced Principal Acoustics Principal Acoustics Consultant to join our growing team. This is a senior technical and client-facing position for an acoustics professional who can bring deep subject-matter expertise, lead complex projects, develop client relationships, and help grow our acoustics practice. We are open to candidates from all areas of acoustics. Your background may be in environmental noise, architectural acoustics, building acoustics, industrial noise and vibration, transportation acoustics, underwater acoustics, marine acoustics, or another specialized area of acoustics. We are particularly interested in professionals who bring strong technical expertise and the ability to apply their knowledge to complex client challenges. This role can be based out of any of our U.S. office locations, with Denver, CO being a key location for this opportunity. SLR offers flexibility while providing access to technical experts, mentorship, team collaboration, and a diverse portfolio of projects. We are SLR Consulting (US), a 500+ coast-to-coast team of advisory, environmental/engineering, and regulatory professionals. We deliver environmental and sustainability services through the integration of more than 30 advisory, technical environmental, and engineering disciplines to help clients address some of their most complex challenges around sustainability. As our Principal Acoustics Consultant, you will serve as a senior technical resource and trusted advisor to clients while contributing to the growth and development of SLR’s acoustics practice. You will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of acoustics projects and collaborate with engineers, scientists, planners, architects, environmental specialists, and other technical professionals. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to combine technical leadership, project delivery, client relationships, and business development." That's the "About the role" content. Then "Key Responsibilities" list bullet points. Then "Areas of Acoustics" list. Then "Qualifications / Experience" list. Then "Working @ SLR" includes benefits description and salary range, full-time, etc. We need sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with placeholder text. So we need to extract actual content. Pay: "The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 USD. Final agreed-upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location." The phrase "commensurate with ..." is maybe considered filler? The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The phrase "commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location." is similar to "commensurate with experience". Might be considered filler. However they said never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. If we include Pay section, we must ensure we have substantive content beyond filler. The salary range is substantive. The second sentence is filler. We could include only the salary range sentence, maybe omit the filler sentence. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we can omit filler? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't say we must keep filler sentences. We can drop filler sentences. So we can include Pay section with the salary range sentence only. Schedule: "Full-time, permanent role with opportunities for professional growth and advancement." That's schedule info (full-time). Also maybe location flexibility? Not schedule. So we can include Schedule section with that sentence. Benefits: The paragraph: "Competitive total compensation package including medical, dental, orthodontia, vision, FSA/HSA, generous PTO accrual, 10 paid holidays, 401(k) retirement account with company matching program, company-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, and employee assistance program." That's benefits. Also maybe mention flexibility, mentorship etc but those are more about working environment. We'll keep benefits as that list. We also have "Working @ SLR" includes also "We care about investing in our employees for the long run..." but that's more fluff; could be omitted as not substantive? Might be considered filler. We'll keep only substantive benefits and maybe mention flexibility etc? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine some of that into Benefits or About the role? But we already have About the role covering flexibility etc. The "SLR offers flexibility while providing access to technical experts, mentorship, team collaboration, and a diverse portfolio of projects." That's substantive about role/working conditions. Could be included in About the role or maybe a separate "Working Environment" but not required. We'll keep it in About the role. Now we need to format. Sections headings:

About the role

,

Responsibilities

,

Requirements

(or Qualifications),

Benefits

,

Pay

,

Schedule

. Under each heading, we need

for prose,

  • for lists. Responsibilities: list of bullet points from "Key Responsibilities". Let's extract them: - Lead and provide technical oversight on complex acoustics and noise projects across one or more areas of specialization, including environmental, architectural, industrial, transportation, marine/water, underwater acoustics, or related disciplines. - Serve as a technical subject-matter expert and provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level acoustics professionals. - Manage complex projects from proposal through completion, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client communication. - Develop technical approaches, methodologies, reports, assessments, specifications, drawings, and other project deliverables. - Conduct and/or oversee acoustic modeling, noise assessments, field measurements, data analysis, and technical evaluations appropriate to your area of expertise. - Work collaboratively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, regulators, and other stakeholders. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor. - Identify opportunities with existing and prospective clients and contribute to business development activities. - Prepare proposals, scopes of work, fee estimates, and presentations. - Represent SLR at client meetings, industry events, conferences, and technical forums. - Collaborate with SLR professionals across environmental, engineering, sustainability, and advisory disciplines to deliver integrated solutions. - Contribute to the continued development of SLR's acoustics capabilities, technical standards, tools, and service offerings. - Support the recruitment, mentoring, and professional development of acoustics staff. That's a list. Areas of Acoustics: list of areas. Could be included under Requirements? Or maybe as part of Qualifications? The instruction: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. The "Areas of Acoustics" is a list of areas they welcome. Could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section "Areas of Expertise". But we have limited sections; we could incorporate into Requirements as a note. However we need to preserve all substantive info. We could add a

after Requirements summarizing that they welcome expertise in those areas. But better to make a separate section "Areas of Acoustics" with a

. However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding another section may be okay if it's substantive. But we already have many sections. Could combine Areas of Acoustics into Requirements as a note: "We welcome candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas: ..." as a

. That preserves info. Qualifications/Experience: list bullet points. Let's extract qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in acoustics, engineering, physics, mathematics, architecture, environmental science, or a related technical discipline. - 10+ years of professional experience in acoustics, noise, vibration, or a closely related technical discipline. - Demonstrated technical expertise in one or more areas of acoustics. - Experience leading complex projects and managing project deliverables, budgets, schedules, and client expectations. - Demonstrated experience working directly with clients and other project stakeholders. - Experience developing proposals, scopes of work, and/or supporting business development. - Strong technical writing, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with acoustic modeling, analysis, measurement, or other relevant technical software. - Experience mentoring or providing technical leadership to other professionals. - Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. - Experience presenting to clients, industry groups, or at technical conferences is an asset. - Professional designation, certification, or membership in a relevant professional organization is an asset. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel to client sites and conduct or oversee field work as required. - Valid driver's license. We need to decide what to include as Requirements. The "is an asset" lines are optional but still substantive. We'll keep them. Now Benefits: list as

items. Benefits list: - medical - dental - orthodontia - vision - FSA/HSA - generous PTO accrual - 10 paid holidays - 401(k) retirement account with company matching program - company-paid life insurance - short- and long-term disability insurance - employee assistance program We could phrase each as a list item. Pay:

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 USD.

        Schedule:

Full-time, permanent role with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Now About the role: combine intro paragraphs into

        maybe multiple

        . We'll put as

with the combined text. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title. Not include "Principal Acoustics Consultant" as heading. It's okay to appear in text. Now we must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, accommodation contact, diversity statement, etc. Also remove "Working @ SLR" fluff beyond benefits and schedule. Also remove "We are SLR Consulting (US), a 500+ coast-to-coast team..." maybe that's part of About the role? It's substantive about company. Could keep in About the role. But we already have a lot. Might be okay to keep. We need to preserve ALL substantive information. So we should keep the description of SLR as 500+ coast-to-coast team, integration of disciplines, etc. That's substantive. Thus About the role will include: - Intro about role and team. - Description of SLR Consulting (US) etc. - Flexibility etc. We'll craft a couple paragraphs. Now produce HTML. Let's draft:
