Key job responsibilities
- Possess strong prospecting and closing skills with airlines.
- Develop a pipeline and visit customers to provide a vision of the future and explain the benefits of Amazon.
- Execute strategic and tactical business development initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders such as product and engineering teams, legal, finance, and BD team colleagues.
- Support complex contract negotiations and business requirements, ensuring successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 7+ years of experience with inflight connectivity, entertainment, interiors, or a related field, with knowledge of commercial and technical issues surrounding implementation.
- 7+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Adept at thinking strategically and analytically about business priorities, product, and technical challenges, delivering target-based results working cross-organizationally.
- Professional maturity; ability to read a room and adapt discussions accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a passion for writing detailed strategic documents and fluency in a second language.
- Able to articulate business value and technical approach.
Qualifications
- You have 7+ years of experience with inflight connectivity, entertainment, interiors, or a related field, with knowledge of commercial and technical issues surrounding implementation.
- You have 7+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
- You have experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- You are adept at thinking strategically and analytically about business priorities, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to deliver target-based results working cross-organizationally.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communications including a passion for writing detailed strategic documents and a preference for a second fluent spoken language.
- You are able to articulate business value & technical approach.

Basic Qualifications
