Principal Account Executive, Amazon Leo

Key job responsibilities

  • Possess strong prospecting and closing skills with airlines.
  • Develop a pipeline and visit customers to provide a vision of the future and explain the benefits of Amazon.
  • Execute strategic and tactical business development initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders such as product and engineering teams, legal, finance, and BD team colleagues.
  • Support complex contract negotiations and business requirements, ensuring successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 7+ years of experience with inflight connectivity, entertainment, interiors, or a related field, with knowledge of commercial and technical issues surrounding implementation.
  • 7+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Adept at thinking strategically and analytically about business priorities, product, and technical challenges, delivering target-based results working cross-organizationally.
  • Professional maturity; ability to read a room and adapt discussions accordingly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a passion for writing detailed strategic documents and fluency in a second language.
  • Able to articulate business value and technical approach.

Qualifications

  • You have 7+ years of experience with inflight connectivity, entertainment, interiors, or a related field, with knowledge of commercial and technical issues surrounding implementation.
  • You have 7+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • You have experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • You are adept at thinking strategically and analytically about business priorities, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to deliver target-based results working cross-organizationally.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communications including a passion for writing detailed strategic documents and a preference for a second fluent spoken language.
  • You are able to articulate business value & technical approach.

Basic Qualifications
