Prin. Vascular Clinical Specialist - Minneapolis, MN / St. Paul, MN

For our client, we are seeking a Prin. Vascular Clinical Specialist - Minneapolis, MN / St. Paul, MN to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will provide advanced clinical and technical support for vascular therapies, with a strong emphasis on supporting procedures and improving customer confidence in the field. The position partners closely with sales and cross-functional teams to drive adoption, support account performance, and ensure patients and providers receive responsive service. It also plays an important role in customer education, inventory coordination, and sharing market insights that help shape field strategy. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $105,000 annually Responsibilities Provide expert technical support for vascular products during critical procedures Educate customers through training and in-service programs to enhance therapy adoption Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives Deliver responsive support for urgent client needs and complex cases Build long-term relationships with healthcare providers to increase product utilization Identify customer needs and share market insights to shape sales strategies Manage inventory performance across accounts and ensure product availability Coordinate product launches and field initiatives to optimize inventory Qualifications High School Diploma with 11 years of experience, or Associate's degree with 9 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in healthcare or field sales Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the device industry Strong project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience conducting training programs and education for customers Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options Tuition assistance and reimbursement 401(k) plan with employer contributions Paid time off and holidays Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
