We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections present. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like immigration sponsorship statements? The instructions: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The immigration sponsorship statements are likely considered legal/EEO? They are about eligibility; but they might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate". Immigration sponsorship is legal eligibility; likely considered legal boilerplate, so remove. Also "Please do not apply if you will need immigration sponsorship..." remove. Also "We are unable to hire individuals with CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT..." remove. Also "Location: This is a hybrid..." keep location info? It's substantive. Should we include location as part of a paragraph? Probably include in a

. Also "General Summary Of Job Responsibilities" is a heading? It's a section heading but we only use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The posting has sections like "General Summary Of Job Responsibilities", "Essential Duties And Responsibilities", "Additional Responsibilities", "Knowledge/Skills/Abilities", "Additional Knowledge/Skills/Abilities", "Education/Experience", "Preferred Experience", "Why should you join our team?", "What We Offer", "Diversity, Equity & Inclusion". We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should combine content accordingly. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. We should not create sections with placeholder text. So we need to decide which sections have real content. We have: - About the role: could be the general summary and location etc. We'll put a

About the role

with paragraphs summarizing role: location hybrid, mission, etc. - Responsibilities: combine Essential Duties And Responsibilities and Additional Responsibilities (Asset Risk Assessment, Performance Tracking & Reporting, Stakeholder Engagement, Continuous Improvement, Strategic Communication). Use
  • . - Requirements: maybe Education/Experience and Preferred Experience? Or Qualifications? The allowed headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Knowledge/Skills/Abilities and Additional Knowledge/Skills/Abilities -> could go under Skills. Education/Experience and Preferred Experience -> could go under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll choose Requirements for education/experience, and Qualifications for certifications? But we have "Preferred Experience" includes certifications. Could put under Qualifications. Skills: combine Knowledge/Skills/Abilities and Additional Knowledge/Skills/Abilities. Benefits: from "What We Offer": Competitive compensation packages, Medical, Dental and Vision, 401k with company match, Paid parental leave, Up to 13 paid Holidays, Paid time off, Educational Assistance Program. Also maybe relocation package mentioned earlier. So Benefits section. Pay: not specified; we should not create Pay section if not stated. The posting does not give salary. So omit Pay. Schedule: not specified; omit. We must not include boilerplate like Diversity, Equity & Inclusion? That's EEO boilerplate; should remove. Also "Why should you join our team?" maybe considered fluff but contains substantive info about culture; but it's somewhat generic. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. "Why should you join our team?" is not EEO; it's about culture. Could keep as part of About the role? Might be okay to include as a paragraph under About the role. But we must not invent sections. We could include a paragraph under About the role about culture. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like relocation package, location specifics, etc. Let's extract details: Location: hybrid (virtual/onsite) with required onsite days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; may be assigned to any Consumers Energy Service Center throughout Michigan's lower Peninsula.
