PRIME Sales Specialist

Bordner is looking for a self-motivated, hands-on professional to join our team as a PRIME Sales Specialist. This role is perfect for a lone wolf who knows how to turn on the charm and thrives on turning small opportunities into big wins—for both the customer and the company. You'll be out in the field, delivering excellent service, identifying add-on opportunities, and upselling additional services that bring value to your clients. Responsibilities

• Service assigned leads with professionalism and attention to detail
• Identify and present add-on services that make sense for the customer
• Convert routine service visits into high-value sales opportunities
• Deliver top-tier customer experiences while driving revenue growth
• Operate independently in the field with minimal supervision
• Track and report sales activity and results
• Represent the company brand with confidence and charisma

Requirements

• Someone who enjoys working independently and thrives without micromanagement
• Excellent communication and sales skills—you know how to "turn it on" when needed
• Mechanical aptitude or experience working with your hands
• Comfortable on ladders and roofs—if the thought of climbing a ladder makes you queasy, this probably isn't your dream job
• A hunter's mentality—able to spot opportunities where others don't
• A strong desire to grow professionally and financially
• A reliable truck or SUV (vehicle stipend and fuel card provided)

Pay

• Base Salary: up to $70,000
• Incentives: Bonus for add-on services sold
• Uncapped commission potential (estimated $15K-$30K+ per year)

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM
• No nights, no weekends
