Primary Therapist, Sign On Bonus, LPC, LCSW, APC, LMSW, License-Eligible

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Complete psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and outside providers
• Sustain a safe, structured, therapeutic residential milieu
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical programming
• Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Behavioral Health or closely related field
• Licensure: Fully Licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Associate-Level / License Eligible APC, LMSW, AMFT, or Master's-level clinicians actively pursuing independent licensure

Preferred Experience

• Experience in one or more of the following: Residential Treatment, Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Inpatient Psychiatry, Substance Use Treatment, Adolescent Therapy, Family Therapy, Crisis Intervention
• Experience with specific treatment models: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Informed Care, Family Systems Therapy
• CPI and CPR certification preferred (training provided if needed)
