Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ mental and physical health, substance use, and readiness for treatment
- Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment goals and plans
- Provide education and counseling to clients and their families
- Help clients build coping strategies and develop healthy behaviors
- Identify and address behaviors that may interfere with recovery
- Refer clients to appropriate external services (e.g., support groups, job placement)
- Educate families on addiction and recovery strategies
- Participate in community outreach when needed
- Work closely with the Care Coordination and Clinical teams
- Perform other clinical duties as assigned
Requirements
- Master's degree in clinical psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
- At least 1 year of supervised experience in substance use disorder counseling
- PREFERRED: Licenses: MHC, LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, Ph.D. in Psychology
- 1-3 years of experience working with culturally diverse populations in behavioral healthcare or substance abuse settings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with dual-diagnosis patients is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay
Pay Range: $78,000-$89,440
Schedule
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 40 hrs/week
