We are looking for a Primary Therapist who will work closely with clients to determine their rehabilitation needs and provide individualized treatment through structured and holistic healing. This role supports clients' foundational well-being and helps them build the skills needed to overcome challenges, heal, and grow to sustain long-term sobriety.
What will your day look like?
- Group Facilitation
- Individual Counseling
- Crisis Intervention
- Documentation/Scheduling
- Treatment Planning
- Other duties as determined by Clinical Director
What you will need for this position:
- Active Tennessee licensure preferred (LADAC I/II, LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT); if pending licensure, we still encourage you to apply!
- PHP level of care experience preferred
- Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related human services field.
- A minimum of 1 year of behavioral health, mental health, or substance use counseling experience is required.
- Proficient in Google Workspace software preferred.

Location: Hendersonville, TN.
On-Site/In-person Role
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, plus one flexible 4-hour day on Wednesday or Friday.
Pay
Annual Salary Range: ● $60,000 - 75,000 Annual
