The ideal candidate will nurture young learners' academic, spiritual, and emotional growth through engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that integrate biblical principles. They will foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning, guiding students to understand their identity in Christ.
Responsibilities

- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning, guiding students to understand their identity in Christ.
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child's unique journey.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a BA/BS degree; either current licensure in the State of Ohio and ACSI, or the ability to receive licensure is necessary.
- Experience is preferred.
- Professes faith in Jesus, exhibits a growing relationship with Him, has a desire to immerse God’s Word through instruction, and is active in a local church.
