About the role
You’ll play a key role in planning and leading instruction of our grade 3 & 4 students.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement curriculum aligned with state standards.
- Lead small group and whole class instruction.
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective lesson plans.
- Support students’ social and emotional growth.
Requirements
- You must be living in the USA and authorized to work here.
- Ohio Teaching Certification.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Ed. preferred with an elementary concentration).
Qualifications
- Experience in primary education preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
