About the role
The St. Lawrence Region includes Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Massena Hospital, and Gouverneur Hospital, along with multiple outpatient practices and specialty services. Responsibilities
- Provide primary care and wound care services to a diverse patient population
- Collaborate with Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
- Work autonomously within a flexible schedule
- Utilize advanced technology and access to specialty support
- Mentorship opportunities available
Requirements
- BS in Physician Assistant (Required)
- PA-C - Certified Physician Assistant - NCCPA
- RPA - Registered Physician Assistant - NYSED
Qualifications
- Frequent walking, standing, or squatting
- Experience in disease-specific care programs as per department requirements

Pay
- Base salary range of $100,000–$150,000*
- Variable compensation based on performance and contract terms
Schedule
A flexibility in schedule to meet a 40-hour work week

It may be modified in the future and may be eligible for additional pay components.
