About the Role

Full-time outpatient Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician position in Las Vegas, Nevada. Work within a growing primary care team, flexible schedule options, telephonic call to call center, typical outpatient panel, outpatient primary care setting with 1:1 MA support, APP, and MD/DO team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an adult patient population
• Manage day-to-day outpatient clinical responsibilities
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Engage in ongoing training for advanced office-based procedures

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited program (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Nevada medical license
• Experience or interest in quality improvement
• Interest in training for advanced office-based procedures

Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000+ first-year total compensation (plus incentives/bonuses)
