Primary Care Registered Dietitian

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent
• RD credential
• Completion of an ACEND-accredited program
• Preferably clinic or outpatient experience
• Bilingual skills preferred

Support Services

Collaborate with medical and mental health providers to support primary care patients of all ages. Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop individualized plans using motivational interviewing, and provide evidence-based counseling for conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and food allergies. Support patient education, preventative care, and community outreach while collaborating with care teams to ensure quality nutrition support. Precept interns, mentor staff, and maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.
