Primary Care Physician - Sign-On Bonus Available

About the role

We are seeking a full-time primary care physician to manage a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and wellness visits both in-office and via tele-health.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including in-office procedures and testing
• Collaborate with in-person and virtual teams through daily huddles and clinical rounds
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues and maintain clinical proficiency
• Stay current through ongoing learning and training
• Obtain additional state licensure for virtual care in other states as needed

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the last 5 years
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine, with plans for certification if eligible
• Active medical license in California
