About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Primary Care Physician - Sign-On Bonus Available - 4 days in clinic, 1 day remote to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel across in-office, testing center, and occasional tele-health settings. The physician will work closely with onsite and virtual clinical teams to coordinate care, support patient access, and contribute to a collaborative, team-based model. The position also includes supervision of NP and PA colleagues and participation in ongoing clinical learning and daily team communication.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse patient panel with a wide range of needs
- Conduct in-office, testing center, and occasional tele-health visits
- Participate in weekly clinical rounds to support continuous learning
- Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams during daily huddles
- Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures
- Supervise NP and PA colleagues
- Adapt to meet patient needs and navigate uncertain situations
Qualifications
- Completed or enrolled in an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program
- At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience within the last 5 years
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- State licensed in California before the start date
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care

$308,700 – $369,000 annually
