Responsibilities

• Manage a panel of nursing home patients, addressing both routine and acute medical needs
• Ensure high-quality, coordinated care in collaboration with facility staff

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent
• Eligible to obtain state medical license
• Completed a Geriatrics, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine fellowship
• Board certified or eligible in Geriatrics, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities

Pay

Salary commensurate with experience.
