Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health for patients for all agesMaintain accurate patient records using GVHC formatsCoordinate referrals and hospitalizations with specialists and hospitalists Participate in after-hours on-call rotation with other providersEngage in quality improvement initiatives, including chart reviews and CQI projectsMentor mid-level providers and contribute to clinical policiesUphold GVHC's mission and values in all patient and staff interactions Qualifications Licensed MD or DO in Montana with full prescriptive authoridyNo history of licensure suspension or disciplinary actionPassion for patient-centered care, teamwork, and serving diverse populations in a community-focused FQHC.
