About the role

Join a collaborative, mission-driven team in a supportive FQHC environment. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, allowing for a strong work-life balance while serving diverse populations in a community-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health for patients of all ages.
• Maintain accurate patient records using GVHC formats.
• Coordinate referrals and hospitalizations with specialists and hospitalists.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation with other providers.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, including chart reviews and CQI projects.
• Mentor mid-level providers and contribute to clinical policies.
• Uphold GVHC's mission and values in all patient and staff interactions.

Requirements

• Licensed MD or DO in Montana with full prescriptive authority.
• No history of licensure suspension or disciplinary action.
• Passion for patient-centered care, teamwork, and serving diverse populations in a community-focused FQHC.
