What You'll Earn + What You'll Get
- Base Salary: $230,000-$250,000 (depending on experience and schedule)
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 (based on experience)

How You'll Make An Impact
- Provide outpatient primary care and urgent care across all ages
- Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnose, and treat acute + chronic conditions
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
- Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage follow-up care
- Document visits in EMR using technology-driven tools and support quality initiatives
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Licensed to practice as a Physician (MD/DO) in New York State
- Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training
- Strong HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems
- Must obtain FMCSA certification within first 3 months (CDL exams)
- MAT certificate required
- DEA registration preferred
- Preferred: urgent care/primary care experience; bilingual English/Spanish
