Job Duties

• Outpatient only clinic schedule
• Variable work week
• Physician/APP panel sharing model
• Nurse call center to assist with on-call work load
• Nurse coordinators support high needs patients
• Centralized prescription refill team
• Interdisciplinary team and quick access to specialty services
• Epic EMR and Ambient dictation

About the Role

• Family Medicine or Med-Peds trained physician
• Qualifies for National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program and Pennsylvania Loan Repayment Program
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish helpful but not required
• Comprehensive outpatient clinic offering primary care, pediatrics, behavioral health, and specialty services
• Setting in northeastern Pennsylvania with access to larger metropolitan areas
