Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a complete continuum of high-quality care within the care team
• Treat chronic diseases and disorders
• Review patient files/records, including allergies, problems, medications, and immunization status
• Elicit and record patient medical history
• Order or execute tests, analyses, and diagnostic imaging to assess patient conditions
• Analyze reports and findings to diagnose patient conditions

Requirements

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or New York application in process
• Residency-trained and Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

Pay

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $238,500 to $392,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus, based on factors such as local labor markets, education, and work experience. Compensation may increase over time based on productivity and performance.
