Primary Care Physician (FM)(IM)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician to join The Portland Clinic's collaborative, multispecialty team delivering comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients (or all ages for Family Medicine). This role emphasizes proactive health maintenance, chronic disease management, and continuity of care within an innovative, value-driven model. With strong referral relationships, integrated care resources, and Epic EHR, physicians enjoy clinical autonomy with robust support. This is a full-time, outpatient-only position with a predictable schedule, no hospital call, and a strong pathway to partnership. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fully outpatient setting
- Collaborate with internal specialties and support staff
- Utilize EPIC/Mychart EHR and telemedicine as needed
- Participate in quality initiatives and innovation pilots
- Build long-term relationships with patients and families
