Primary Care Physician (FM)

About the role

Provide comprehensive primary care in a patient-centered environment at a designated outpatient clinic. Manage a schedule of approximately 36 hours of direct patient care weekly, with administrative time and light home call responsibilities; no inpatient call required. Utilize available resources, including referrals to social work, behavioral health, nutritionists, and specialists, supported by a dedicated administrative team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate primary care services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in practice operations supported by administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD/DO) from an accredited residency program.
• Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine.
• Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License or ability to obtain one.
• DEA Certification and strong commitment to patient-centered care and interpersonal skills.
