Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - San Tan Valley
Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities
Outpatient adult medicine primary care focusing on value-based care
Practice includes office consults, annual wellness visits, preventative care, follow up appointments and in office procedures
Full time position 18-22 patients per day after ramping up EPIC EMR with AI Scribe support
Dedicated MA team for rooming and support
Onsite lab and pharmacy resource support for medication refills
Protected administrative time to ensure balance in your day
Clinic is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or M.B.B.S
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
Current and unrestricted DEA certificate or ability to obtain prior to start
Additional Information
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $237,500 - $384,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
