Responsibilities
The Position: 1.0 FTE opportunity – 36 patient facing hours/week, 18 patients per day, APP supervision requirements, Equitable call rotation, and EHR - Elation.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Successful completion of Family Medicine residency
- Board Certification or Eligibility in corresponding specialty
- Physician must meet employer credentialing standards
