About the Role

Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH), in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), is seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our established and growing Primary Care team on the northern Oregon Coast. This position offers a unique opportunity to pursue the comforts and quality of life in a small-town community practice at CMH with an affiliation to Oregon's only academic medical center, OHSU.

Work in a close team of new and experienced physicians and advanced practice providers in a team-oriented environment. Enjoy a four-day work week with dedicated administrative time, outpatient practice with hospitalist services available to cover inpatient admissions, and no in-person call requirements—only telephone-based call.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary care services in an outpatient setting.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers to achieve patient care goals.
  • Participate in telephone-based call requirements.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited United States medical school.
  • Board Certification or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Ability to obtain an active unrestricted Oregon Medical License.
  • DEA Certificate.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a team of healthcare providers.
