About the role

NIVA Health is launching a dedicated Primary Care service line within its established wellness clinics in Michigan and Florida. This role offers the opportunity to build and grow a modern Primary Care practice within a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Primary Care services including preventive, acute, and chronic care management
• Build and grow your patient panel over time
• Develop long-term patient relationships centered on continuity of care
• Help shape clinical workflows, patient experience, and operational processes for the Primary Care division
• Collaborate with an established multidisciplinary clinical and operational team

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Florida medical MD license
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Eligible to work in the United States
