Primary Care Physician (Bilingual: Cantonese/Mandarin)

About the Role

The Primary Care Physician provides equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in neighborhood clinics. Operating within a collaborative team, they focus on delivering high-quality, preventive care aimed at reducing hospital admissions and enhancing patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patient health.
• Prescribe treatments and maintain electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with leadership and care teams to meet health quality goals.
• Oversee patient care and medication management.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted State License and DEA certification.
• US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Geriatrics fellowship (preferred).
• Experience with older populations, value-based care, or outpatient settings (preferred).
• Bilingual skills (preferred).

Schedule

Full-time position with an anticipated weekly effort of 40 hours.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $174,070 to $374,920, based on experience and location.
