Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care services
- Participate in weekly evening shifts and rotating Saturday coverage
- Utilize a collaborative care model with APPs
- Engage with a dedicated support team for administrative tasks
- Implement value-based care strategies
- Streamline documentation with ambient voice dictation
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree required
- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
- Experience in outpatient care preferred
- Familiarity with value-based care models
- Comfortable using Epic EMR system
- Collaborative approach to patient care
