About the Role

Seeking a missionary-minded medical professional (MD, DO, PA, NP) in Oregon with strong entrepreneurial commitments to establish and grow a practice within a Catholic clinic. This clinic is an established nonprofit medical ministry serving Portland/West Linn and Corvallis, Oregon, fully aligned with the Ethical and Religious Directives of the Catholic Church in its mission of whole-person care. The role is a 1099 independent contractor position offering shared clinic expenses, an existing patient waitlist, and an untapped market. Depending on the number of patients cared for daily and weekly, gross earnings after clinic expenses can range from $150,000–$300,000+ annually, based on clinical days, payer mix, and service scope. After insurance credentialing, revenue builds steadily over the first six to twelve months. Ideal candidates seek Catholic medical ethics, professional self-responsibility, and long-term practice development within a collaborative, Christian clinic structure.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and comprehensive primary care services to patients.
• Participate in outreach services to support homeless individuals through the clinic.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients, ensuring their health and well-being.
• Contribute to the clinic’s mission by embracing a faith-based approach to healthcare, following the Ethical and Religious Directives of the Catholic Church in Healthcare (ERDs).

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with a valid Oregon license, specializing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or OB/Gyn (other specialties may also be considered).
• A commitment to the clinic’s mission and a desire to practice medicine in alignment with faith-based principles of the ERDs.

Gross earnings after clinic expenses can range from $150,000–$300,000+ annually, depending on clinical days, payer mix, and service scope.
