Primary Care Physician
Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our established outpatient practice in Plainfield, Illinois. This full-time, employed position focuses on providing high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services in a 100% outpatient setting
- Manage a reasonable patient volume to ensure quality care
- Utilize a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for streamlined documentation
- Work with an experienced clinical and administrative support team
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- No inpatient or hospital call responsibilities

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $275,000–$300,000 annually. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
