Join Hartford HealthCare’s innovative and supportive primary care team in Connecticut, where patient-centered care is enhanced by Ambient AI to streamline clinical documentation, reduce administrative burden, and empower physicians to focus on meaningful patient interactions. This outpatient, office-based position supports both exceptional care and provider well-being in a community rich in New England charm and cultural diversity.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope primary care to patients aged 18+ in an outpatient setting
• Optional teaching opportunities with faculty appointment
• Minimal phone call requirements: averages 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every ~2 months

Requirements

• Unrestricted Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• Work authorization: H1B cap-exempt; J-1 waiver eligible through 2028

Schedule

• Full-time, weekdays only
• 4-day work week option available

• Guaranteed base salary
