About the role

This full-time primary care physician manages a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and wellness visits both in-office and via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Managing patient panels with varied needs
• Providing in-person and telehealth consultations
• Collaborating with team members
• Performing in-office procedures
• Supervising clinical colleagues
• Obtaining necessary state licensure for virtual care
• Engaging in continuous professional development

Qualifications

Physicians must be board-certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine, licensed in Washington, and experienced in outpatient primary care for all ages.

Skills

• Completion of an accredited residency in Family or Internal Medicine
• At least 2 years outpatient primary care experience
• Board certification or eligibility with plans for certification
• Strong communication, clinical proficiency, and adaptability
• Passion for human-centered primary care and teamwork
