About the role
The Primary Care Nurse works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The role partners with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel.

Requirements
- Full Time RN/LPN Hybrid/Remote 8a-5p with 2 days onsite 90 days of onsite training
- Licensure: Active RN licensure
- Preferred Requirements: Education - Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Qualifications
- Diploma in Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Mercy Service Standards
