Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Family Medicine) - Full-Time

About the role

Join a patient-centered, team-based primary care environment as an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising physicians, RNs, MAs, and administrative staff.
• Provide comprehensive care across the continuum with a focus on value-based care supported by specialists.
• Integrate behavioral health providers into primary care teams.
• Conduct longer patient visits with fewer patients per day.
• Utilize advanced EMR and AI systems.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Certification to care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to adults.
• Ability to obtain unlimited Massachusetts licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years primary care experience.
• Active DEA license.

Pay

Salary ranges from $104,500 to $156,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
