Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) role in a community hospital providing independent patient care within a team-based primary care model, managing an independent patient panel.
Responsibilities
- Managing 16–18 patients daily
- Handling chronic and complex conditions
- Utilizing EPIC with AI scribes
- Participating in shared clinic call rotation, with triage nurses initially handling calls and escalating as needed
- Covering weekday and weekend shifts as part of the rotation
Requirements
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of primary care experience and are comfortable practicing independently.

Pay
- Salary range $130K–$170K+
- RVU bonuses
- $10K sign-on bonus
