How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Group is seeking to add a Full Time Nurse Practitioner provider with our New Rural Health Primary Care Team in Smithville, TN.
• Ability to help create a new clinic in Smithville, TN
• Practice setting: Rural Health Clinic in an Outpatient setting
• Access to local patients and hospital in Smithville if needed
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• M-F Full Time schedule
• Prefer 3+ years of experience in a Rural Health Care setting.
• Establishing your own patient panel

Minimum Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Master's degree of Nursing required.
