Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for adult patients.
- Lead and mentor physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and clinical teams.
- Partner with behavioral health providers to deliver integrated, whole-person care.
- Advance quality improvement, patient safety, and population health initiatives.
- Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to improve access, workflows, and care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Current or eligible Arizona medical license.
- Current DEA registration.
- Minimum five (5) years of outpatient primary care experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
