Primary Care Dietitian - Part Time

About the role

We are a community-focused health center in Pasco, WA, dedicated to improving health and well-being through a holistic approach that includes medical, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, and nutritional counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional screenings, assessments, and provide evidence-based recommendations addressing various health conditions.
• Utilize motivational interviewing and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Serve as a preceptor, develop training materials, and mentor staff and students.
• Maintain thorough documentation and engage in team meetings for continuous learning.
• Monitor compliance with quality metrics and community resources, and participate in outreach activities.

Requirements

• A Master's Degree in Dietetics, RD or eligibility to obtain it within 180 days.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

• Registered Dietitian (RD).

Pay

$32.76 - $40.13/hour DOE, with potential increases for experience, plus a $2,500 hiring bonus structured over the first year.
