Mon–Fri, No Weekends
Northern CA Jiva Health is growing across Northern California and seeks a full-time Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physician.
Responsibilities
- $300K base salary with extensive room for growth
- Sign-on bonus + relocation allowance (2-year commitment)
- Outpatient only – no hospital or inpatient responsibilities
- Monday–Friday schedule (8 am - 5 pm)
- No call or weekends required
- Team-based care with NP/PA and admin support
- Focus on quality outcomes

Requirements
