PRIMARY CARE APRN or PHYSICIAN
Position Description
Provides medical evaluation and ongoing care to clients by performing appropriate physical examinations and indicated pharmacological management
Meets with team to review and direct staff’s response to medical emergencies, emerging problems, and ongoing treatment
Provides information and education to staff, families and participants on the course of illness and treatment
Accurately documents assessment and care provided to GCB clients
Position Requirements
- Ohio-licensed Family Practice APRN’s/Physician
Valid DEA number
Experienced in providing women’s health care including doing Pap smears, performing clinical breast exams, and managing contraception
Must be flexible, creative and adaptive in handling changing priorities
Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills
Experience in outpatient primary care settings preferred
