About the role

We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Associates to join a healthcare team in Eugene, OR. This outpatient role involves managing a daily census of 16-18 patients across all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, including in-office procedures. Support is provided by Medical Assistants, and the practice utilizes EMR (EPIC) and AI-powered documentation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Document patient encounters using advanced technology
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree and certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program
  • Unrestricted Oregon license or ability to obtain one
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Current BLS certification
  • At least 1 year of primary care or managed care experience

Schedule

4-day work week with flexible full-time or part-time options. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pay

Salary range of $104,500 - $156,000 plus performance incentives.
