What You'll Do
- Maintain a direct caseload of learners
- Serve as the on-site clinical leader, training, mentoring, and managing Board Certified Behavior Assistants (BCAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families, learners, and other therapists to provide comprehensive support
What You'll Need
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start)
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Excellent assessment, documentation, and case management abilities
- Ability to pass a background check
