About the role
Pride Health is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to support our client's healthcare facility in Waynesville, NC.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions in patients' homes.
- Follow treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Auxiliary tasks such as assisting patients with exercises, mobility, transfers, balance, and functional activities.
- Maintain patient safety and follow home health policies and procedures.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Meet the 30-point weekly productivity expectation.
Requirements
- Education: GED and High School diploma.
- Licenses: Active North Carolina PTA License - Required.
- Certifications: PTA certification.
- Experience: 2 years of experience.
Skills/Specialties/Technology
- Home Health experience - Required.

Pay
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. Mileage Reimbursement between patient visits.
Schedule
Mon to Fri, 8 am to 5 pm.
