About the role

Pride Health is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to support our client's healthcare facility in Waynesville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions in patients' homes.
• Follow treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Auxiliary tasks such as assisting patients with exercises, mobility, transfers, balance, and functional activities.
• Maintain patient safety and follow home health policies and procedures.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Meet the 30-point weekly productivity expectation.

Requirements

• Education: GED and High School diploma.
• Licenses: Active North Carolina PTA License - Required.
• Certifications: PTA certification.
• Experience: 2 years of experience.

Skills/Specialties/Technology

• Home Health experience - Required.

Pay

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. Mileage Reimbursement between patient visits.

Mon to Fri, 8 am to 5 pm.
