Pricing Specialist

Description & Responsibilities

• Collect, summarize, and analyze financial cost data in preparation of cost proposals
• Review solicitations and define upfront the costing requirements working with the proposal team
• Use critical thinking skills and attention to detail to prepare cost proposals for fully compliant submissions
• Collect and organize detailed pricing documentation to serve as reference for future inquiries or audits
• Provide end-to-end pricing support for all contract type proposals
• Support a high volume of proposals to meet customer proposal deadlines
• Perform special projects as assigned

Experience & Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have worked in a Government Contracts environment, specifically working on FAR 15 proposals and Other Transaction Agreements with various contract types (cost reimbursement, T&M, firm fixed price)
• PROPRICER (or related pricing tool) experience is preferred
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Excel and ability to create common formulas, like SUBTOTAL, VLOOKUP functionality, pivot tables, etc.

• Passion to maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers
• US Citizen with ability to obtain a government security clearance, if required
• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field plus 1+ years of relevant work experience

Pay

The yearly salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000

Schedule

The position offers the flexibility to work a hybrid or fully remote schedule.
