Pricing Promotions Analyst

As a Pricing Promotions Analyst, you’ll help shape how we attract guests to our theatres through targeted pricing strategies and promotions. In this role, you’ll partner across teams to design and execute promotions tied to film releases, customer behavior, and market trends. You’ll analyze performance, optimize offers, and help ensure promotions are both effective and operationally seamless.
Responsibilities
- You will design and execute ticket pricing promotions based on film performance, seasonality, and business goals
- You will analyze promotion performance to identify trends, measure impact, and optimize future strategies
- You will develop targeted offers using customer segmentation and behavioral insights
- You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure promotions align with studio requirements and operational needs
- You will build reporting and track key metrics to continuously improve promotional effectiveness
Requirements
You will have experience working with data, analytics, pricing, or promotions in a business environment. You will be comfortable using Excel (and ideally Power BI or SQL) to analyze and interpret data. You will be able to turn data into clear, actionable insights. You will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. You will communicate effectively and collaborate well across teams.
