Pricing Project Manager
Lead complex, cross-functional project management efforts supporting business development, proposal development, and operational initiatives. Manage multiple concurrent projects from strategy and planning through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, customer requirements, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership, subject matter experts, technical teams, pricing, contracts, finance, operations, and business development teams to develop competitive solutions and deliverables
- Apply project management, analytical, and strategic planning skills to translate customer requirements and business objectives into executable plans, compelling solutions, and successful outcomes
- Lead complex projects, proposals, programs, or cross-functional business initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing pricing for technology products or services in a government or commercial environment, including pricing strategies, structures, tools, and communications
- 3+ years of experience with product and solution sales or pricing and accounting methodologies regarding key terms, warranties, IP, and commercial pricing for a blend of commercial and government clients
- Experience developing or evaluating pricing strategies, cost models, budgets, or financial analyses
- Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans, solutions, and deliverables
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing or delivering price strategy presentations or analyses and training to executives and key decision makers
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of system integration and the use of information technology and advanced intelligence systems and tools
- Ability to support a fast-paced, high-volume, and diverse workload
- Strict attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills

Pay
Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
This role may be remote, hybrid, or onsite:
- Remote: Occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility may be required.
- Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with possible visits to customer facilities, aligned with leadership expectations and role needs.
- Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, collaborating directly with colleagues and customers as required.
Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings to support engagement and effective communication.
